T. Scott Hatton has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sypris since July 2005. Prior to joining Sypris, Mr. Hatton was CFO for Honeywell's $9.5B Automation & Control Division in Minneapolis. Mr. Hatton spent three years with Honeywell and 14 years with General Electric in a number of senior management positions, including a two year assignment in Asia/Pacific. Mr. Hatton holds a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky, is a graduate of GE's Financial Management Program, and is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
