Presenter- Maria L. Bouvette, President and Chief Executive Officer - Maria L. Bouvette has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Porter Bancorp, Inc. since 1988. She has extensive banking, finance and management experience and has served as chief financial officer and a director of two affiliated banks. Prior to joining Porter, she was a manager at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).

Bouvette is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Louisville. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy. She is also a member of board of trustees of Norton Healthcare, the largest healthcare provider and third largest employer in Louisville, Kentucky.
