Details announced for 2007 INVESTKentucky, an equity conference showcasing leading public companies in the region
LOUISVILLE, KY. (June 20, 2006)

The next INVESTKentucky – an exclusive investment conference featuring publicly traded companies from Kentucky and the region -- has been scheduled for Thursday, June 7, 2007, at Churchill Downs’ Jockey Club.

The first INVESTKentucky conference, held in 2004, brought together CEOs and chief financial officers from a dozen public companies, as well as analysts, money managers and financial professionals from Louisville, the region and money center cities such as New York, Chicago, St. Louis and Charlotte.

“With the success of the first conference, there’s been growing interest for a followup forum for public companies to update their achievements and growth strategies, and to allow other companies to introduce themselves to the investment community,” said Terry McWilliams, a veteran Louisville investor relations counselor and chairman of INVESTKentucky.

“For money managers and analysts, the equity conference is a convenient, one-day, one-stop event that lets them explore attractive investment prospects among the region’s leading public companies,”said McWilliams.

Louisville’s financial analyst community is formally involved with the event and serves on an advisory board of financial, corporate and investor relations professionals to oversee the conference.

"The CFA Society of Louisville is pleased to be associated with INVESTKentucky and expects the event to once again provide a forum for analysts and portfolio managers to interact with leaders of participating companies," said John Vinsel, a board member with the Louisville CFA Society.

Many of the 12 public companies that presented at the inaugural INVESTKentucky – as well as others new to the event -- are expected to participate in 2007. Companies that took part in the first invitation-only event included Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM), Brown-Forman Corporation (NYSE: BFb), Churchill Downs Incorporated (Nasdaq: CHDN), The Genlyte Group Incorporated (Nasdaq: GLYT), ResCare, Inc. (Nasdaq: RSCR ), Sypris Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYPR), and financial institutions Republic

Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: RBCAA), S.Y. Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: SYBT), Community Trust Bancorp (Nasdaq: CTBI), and First Financial Service Corporation (Nasdaq: FFKY).

The final corporate lineup, conference sponsors and keynote speaker will be announced later this year.

INVEST Kentucky LLC was formed specifically to facilitate the investment conference. It is guided by a steering committee of chief financial officers, investor relations practitioners and investment professionals from participating companies, sponsors, financial entities and the CFA Society of Louisville.
