The Banker's Store, Inc. markets nearly everything community banks need to do business. From ATMs to drive-up equipment, security cameras and software, to vaults, safe deposit boxes and office furniture, the Banker's Store provides a variety of new and like-new reconditioned equipment, as well as installation, locksmith and maintenance services. Based in Bowling Green, Kentucky and founded in 1977, The Banker's Store serves regional community banks and other financial customers through its BG Banking Equipment and BG Office Equipment divisions. The company seeks to expand by acquiring regional competitors and other complementary businesses.

Presenter- Vince Buckman, President and Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Buckman joined the company in October 2006 as part of a new leadership team directing the company's strategic growth. He has been directly involved at the executive and consulting levels with companies within the banking services and support industry over his career. Prior to joining the Banker's Store, Buckman served as an executive for a national company that marketed equipment and services to financial institutions. He was a manufacturer's representative for automated banking and physical and electronic security, founder of a company operating automated teller machines, and executive management at other companies providing equipment and services to the retail and commercial banks.

Presenter - Sam Stone, Chief Financial Officer -
Mr. Stone joined The Banker's Store in October 2006 as CFO. He brings a wealth of experience in integrating and assimilating acquisitions. As controller of a financial services support company, Sam was involved in due diligence, accounting and best practices integration for acquisitions that expanded the size of that company by 250 percent. Previously, he held various financial positions with other national companies in the public and private sectors.
